Savour Food and Wine Festival 2026
Celebrating its 22nd year, Savour Food & Wine Festival brings together Nova Scotia’s talented mixologists, incredible brewers, award-winning winemakers, and of course phenomenal chefs and their dishes over a series of five incredible events. The Savour Food and Wine is the largest non-profit culinary festival in Canada. Sales from the festival go directly to support the Restaurant Association of Nova Scotia (RANS) and their work in championing Nova Scotia's food and beverage industry.

Beginning as a single event in 2003, the Savour Food & Wine Festival was born out of a desire to showcase the amazing talents and offerings of the province's restaurants, wineries, breweries and other beverage merchants. Coordinated by the Restaurant Association of Nova Scotia, the Savour Food & Wine Festival has grown over the last number of years to include five signature events, the oldest and biggest being the Savour Food & Wine Show, with the newest the Craft Beer Kitchen Party. The festival is a series of unique culinary events that celebrate and showcase our province’s passion for great food, wine and beverages.
