Join us for an evening of pure indulgence. An evening of pairing rich artisanal cheeses and luscious chocolate with fine wine from around the world. We will begin with savoury, matching both raw cheeses and an expertly crafted dish by NSCC Culinary Arts Students with the perfect wine. Next we will satisfy our sweet side with chocolate and decadent chocolate desserts proving again the pairing abilities that a single wine can achieve.

All dishes are created by students of the Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) in the Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts Programs under the direction of their Chef Instructors and are on hand to serve and explain the dishes as you indulge the night away.
